Smoker Friendly

Smoker Friendly in Brighton has built a loyal following, and the word around town is that this is one of the better-regarded tobacco shops in the area. People come for cigarettes, cigars, vapes, e-liquid and vape juice, plus the smoking accessories you expect from a well-stocked shop. What locals really talk about is the service. The team here learns their regulars fast.

One longtime shopper smokes an uncommon brand, Dunhill White, and swears by this place because they always keep it in stock for him, even when it's hard to get, and they know his usual the moment he walks in. That kind of attention keeps people coming back. We've also heard folks appreciate the full-service touches, with the staff happy to help on a snowy or rainy day and even clean windows and pump gas. As one regular put it, it's "full service at the self service price." The cigar side has its own draw.

There's a clean lounge you can reserve for a few hours, complete with a kitchen to fix your own drinks, and people who've thrown cigar group parties here rave about how comfortable and welcoming the staff made them feel. It's the kind of spot that's easy to settle into with a group. In fairness, locals are a little split on a few things. Some have felt the cigar prices run higher than nearby shops, and a handful have bumped into stricter checks at the counter than they expected.

The regulars who keep this place busy point to the kind ladies behind the counter and the friendly, familiar service as the reason they won't shop anywhere else. If you're looking for a tobacco shop in Brighton where the staff actually knows your name and your usual, Smoker Friendly is worth a stop.
