Smoker Friendly

Smoker Friendly is one of the better-known tobacco shops in Craig, Colorado, and it has earned a solid reputation with folks around town. Stop in and you'll find the everyday basics covered: cigarettes, tobacco pipes, vapes, and a case of glass pipes and water pipes. One regular told us the small selection of glass art here is genuinely worth a look, and the shop also keeps incense on hand, including Nag Champa, the hand-rolled sticks from India that some people won't shop without.

The staff tends to leave a good impression. Names like Monique and Caleb come up when people talk about getting a hand sorting out a return or finding the right product, and more than one local has praised the crew of women working the counter for being patient and quick with a smile. Ask anyone who shops here regularly and you'll hear the same thing: fair prices, friendly faces, and a discount people appreciate.

The word around Craig is that it's an easy place to pick up your tobacco needs, and the drive-through makes it even simpler when you're just grabbing the usual. We'll be straight with you: locals are a little split on the service, and we've heard the occasional grumble about a cool reception or an issue when a product's run out. Out-of-state visitors should also know the ID scanner can be strict.

The parking lot has a reputation of its own too, so take it slow pulling in and out. For most people, though, the trips go smoothly, and the regulars keep coming back. If you're looking for a straightforward tobacco shop in Craig, this one's worth a visit.
