High Altitude

High Altitude has been a fixture of the Frisco smoke shop scene since 1996, and the word around town is that it has earned its reputation the honest way. Ask anyone who has wandered in off the mountain and they will point you toward the glass. The selection of pipes and water pipes gets real praise from folks who know their pieces, and Adrian has a knack for pulling out the sweet ones and walking you through them.

As one visitor put it, if you are looking for a head shop in the mountains, this is the place. Michelle, the owner, is the heart of this shop, and people genuinely adore her. Locals will tell you she cares about everyone who walks through the door, and she runs the kind of place where she will text you pictures of what is in stock while she is already helping another person on the phone.

She even offers a local discount, and the dog behind the counter has its own fan club. Beyond the glass, you will find rolling papers, smoking accessories, vaporizers, and disposable vapes, plus an adult entertainment section for good measure. We have heard the inventory here is among the biggest and most varied around.

A lot of people walk in bracing for mountain-town prices and leave pleasantly surprised at how fair things turned out to be, and the shop lets you sample before you commit, so you know what you are getting. This is one of the highest-rated smoke shops in the area, and it shows. People passing through make a point of stopping in every time they are back in town, which tells you most of what you need to know about High Altitude in Frisco.
