Smoker Friendly

Smoker Friendly in Grand Junction covers the basics a tobacco shop should, and the regulars who keep coming back have a clear favorite reason: the pricing on cigarettes tends to beat what you'll find elsewhere in town. If you go through loose tobacco, this is a spot worth knowing. We've heard it called one of the better places around for it, with a solid selection of cigars and chew alongside. You'll also find tobacco pipes, vape pens, rolling papers and the usual smoking supplies, plus their own SF® line.

One thing that sets the day-to-day experience apart: there's a lounge where you can smoke inside the store, which not every shop in Grand Junction offers. People who shop here regularly don't mind settling in, and more than one local has mentioned that even when a line forms, the wait is worth it because the help is genuine. Ask anyone who shops here and the name Jessica comes up as someone who will point you in the right direction, and if they don't carry what you need, the team has been known to tell you where to find it. Now, in fairness, locals are a little split on the service here depending on who's working.

We've heard the odd grumble, and we've also heard real praise, especially since newer staff came on. Word around town is that the welcome has warmed up considerably, with folks saying the current crew makes a point of helping you track down what you came for. That's the version of this shop most people recommend. If you're looking for a straightforward tobacco shop in Grand Junction with fair cigarette prices, a dependable loose tobacco selection, and a place to sit and smoke, Smoker Friendly is worth a stop.

Hours can run earlier in the evening than you'd expect, so it's smart to swing by with a little time to spare.
