The Docta's Smoke Shop

Ask anyone who shops here and they'll point you straight to The Docta's Smoke Shop, one of the highest-rated smoke shops around Manitou Springs, Colorado. Sitting on one of the town's main streets close to plenty of the local attractions, it's the kind of place that locals talk about with real affection, and visitors passing through end up adding to their list of favorite spots in the area. Rich runs the shop, and the word around town is that he's built something genuinely special here. Alongside the glass you'll find a wide range of smoking accessories and all the equipment you need, and the selection leans toward the unique and the hard to find. One regular picked up a Crooks on a recommendation and couldn't stop raving about it. Bonner's name comes up again and again, and for good reason. Locals describe him as extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to share advice without any pressure, the sort of person who makes a recommendation and nails it.

The whole crew gets credit for being good-hearted and clearly passionate about what they do. There's a military veteran discount too, and we've heard the owner is quick to work with people and address concerns directly. On value, the general feeling is strong, with prices often described as competitive with or better than what you'll find over in the Springs. A couple of longtime regulars have mentioned recent price bumps, but even then the appreciation for how the owner handles things keeps them coming back.

As one put it plainly: make this your new shop. The clean, welcoming space and friendly faces are a big part of why this spot keeps earning loyal regulars.
