Chili Heads Glass & Vape

If you are passing through Salida and need a vape shop, Chili Heads Glass & Vape has been serving the area since 2013 and settled into a newer location that regulars seem happy with. For a smaller store in a part of Colorado where options are thin, the selection runs deep. Locals will tell you this is the kind of place where you find glass you simply do not see anywhere else around here. The variety is what keeps people coming back.

You will find vapes and vaporizers, a good range of e-liquid and vape juice, glass pipes and water pipes, grinders, and the smoking accessories to go with them. One person who stopped in while traveling walked out with OPMS capsules and plenty of other brands on the shelves. Another picked up a bottle of Vapetasia juice and was pleased with the taste. When something is not right, folks say the team makes it right, which is rarer than it should be these days.

Word around Salida is that the prices are fair and often cheaper than you would pay elsewhere. Ask anyone who shops here regularly and you will hear the staff described as friendly, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable, with a warm greeting when you walk in. A blond guy at the counter got a special shout-out from one traveler for being a real help. Now, we will be honest: locals are a little split on the vibe at the front desk, and a few have run into a bad day up there.

Most, though, keep coming back and happily call it their favorite shop in the area. They keep late hours, which is handy if your day runs long. One thing worth knowing before you go: bring cash. If you are hunting for a well-stocked smoke shop in Salida with a selection that punches above its size, Chili Heads is a solid stop.
