He is the one behind the counter at Smoke Depot in Jacksonville, and the way people talk about him, he treats folks like family instead of just another sale. One regular put it simply: he goes out of his way to make sure she and her fiance leave satisfied, and she said she would gladly wait for the shop to open rather than go anywhere else. Another told us Shawn is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer questions, often with a good deal to point you toward.
