One regular who swore he'd never be loyal to any smoke shop met Sylver on a random Monday night and hasn't gone anywhere else since. The manager gets special praise too, the kind of person who keeps a line moving, stays cool under pressure, and treats every person who walks in like they matter.

Longtime customers credit her with turning the whole store around. Rise & Grind opens early and stays open late, so it fits around a work schedule either way. Now, we've heard the odd grumble about markup on certain items, and a couple of folks wished prices ran closer to what you'd pay elsewhere.
