Cassie (some spell it Cassy) gets named again and again for being genuinely knowledgeable and welcoming, to the point where regulars joke she deserves a raise. Avi has that same easygoing, down-to-earth energy, the kind that makes you feel comfortable asking questions without a hint of judgment. Now and then someone leaves with a little surprise too, whether it's a free gift or even a backpack. The store itself is clean, the vibes are good, and yes, the sound system gets a mention.

We'll be honest and say the word around Tampa isn't unanimous, and one or two people have walked away feeling a service interaction fell flat. Those are the exception here, not the rule. The overwhelming take is friendly faces, fair deals, and a shop that treats grown adults like grown adults.
