SmokeCity is a smoke shop on Dawson Road in Albany, Georgia, known around town as much for its atmosphere as its shelves. Hookah and shisha are the main draw here, along with a range of smoking accessories, and locals will tell you the hookahs themselves are worth the trip and priced fairly.
