If there's one name you'll hear again and again around Love Shack, it's Rick. Ask anyone who shops here and the story is the same: he greets you with a real smile, answers every question with patience, and has a knack for tracking down whatever you came in for even when it seems like a long shot. One regular put it plainly after a late-night stop, calling him "the man" and thanking the crew for keeping the shop welcoming and looking out for the folks who come in to shop and be on their way. He's not the only friendly face either. Cat gets called out as helpful and knowledgeable, and Will, Keith, and Daryl round out a team people genuinely enjoy dealing with.

We've heard the store has come a long way lately too, cleaner and better run under new management, with Rick even giving the place a fresh coat of paint.
