Puff Factory has been a fixture in Westland since 2012, and ask anyone who shops here and they'll tell you it's earned a strong local following over those years. Regulars keep coming back for the deep selection and the fair prices, and it's the kind of place where the staff actually know their stuff. Store manager Macky gets named again and again as knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and folks also speak highly of Stephanie, Steven, Alex, and Matthew. One person walking in for the first time called Stephanie kind and patient, which says a lot about how newcomers get treated here.

The shelves stay stocked. People who shop here swear by how rarely they leave empty handed, and if something isn't on hand, the team will track it down and order it. On the vape side you'll find disposables, e-liquid and vape juice with names like NAKED 100, plus hardware from SMOK, UWELL, Mr. Vapor, and Breeze.

The vaporizer lineup runs deep too, with Storz & Bickel, PAX, DaVinci, Puffco, Yocan, and Lookah Seahorse all on the wall. There's cigars including Toro, hookah and shisha, glass and water pipes with local Michigan makers like 313 Glass in the mix, and grinders from Santa Cruz Shredder, Sharpstone, and Potent. Rolling papers, cigarettes, and the usual accessories round it out. They've even got an ATM and energy drinks on site.

One longtime regular mentioned bringing new products to the shop that went on to become sellers, which tells you the owner keeps an ear open. We'll note one grumble about an exchange on a defective part, but that's the exception in a shop people describe as immaculate and welcoming.
