Thraxx

Thraxx is a smoke shop in Cleveland, Ohio that has earned a good name with the people who shop there. Ask anyone who shops here and you'll hear the staff called out by name in spirit if not by name. "Very nice gentlemen behind the counter," is how one regular put it, and that friendly, informative service comes up again and again.

Folks who walk in with questions tend to leave feeling looked after, which is a big part of why people call it the best shop in the city. One local kept it short: "5 star for sure. Beyond the core selection, Thraxx has a bit of personality too.

We've heard the place stocks some unique snacks alongside the smoking goods, which makes browsing here more fun than your average counter run. People who shop here talk up both the quality and the prices, with more than one Cleveland local saying you won't be let down. Now, to be fair, opinion isn't unanimous.

A few folks have had run-ins over exchanges and product questions and left unhappy, so it's worth knowing what you're buying and asking before you commit. That said, the overall picture is a well-liked neighborhood shop with a loyal following.
