Pandora Novelties & Gifts

Pandora Novelties & Gifts has built a loyal following as a smoke shop in Niles, Ohio, and the word around town is that the staff are the reason people keep coming back. Ask anyone who shops here and they'll point to the crew by name. Gene has a reputation for walking folks through the glass wall without rushing, showing off option after option until you land on the right piece. One regular came in looking for a simple pipe and left starting a whole collection.

Branden Clark gets the same kind of praise, remembered as patient, friendly, and someone who genuinely knows the products. That family-run, honest vibe comes up again and again. The glassware is a real draw. Locals talk up the crystal water pipes and the grinders with playful designs, plus bubblers, trays, screens, and a good spread of rolling papers to pick from.

Beyond glass, Pandora stocks vaporizers, disposable vapes, e-liquid and vape juice, tobacco pipes, cigars, grinders, and hookahs with shisha. The prices are fair, and the store itself gets described as neat, clean, and well organized. It's the kind of place where the team lets you take your time instead of hustling you toward the register, and regulars appreciate that there's usually something new to try on each visit. We'll be straight with you: a few folks wish the vape selection ran deeper, and one person got tripped up by a final-sale glass purchase, so it's worth asking about return terms up front.

Those notes aside, the goodwill toward Pandora is strong, with a solid four-plus reputation earned across dozens of visits. For anyone in Niles who hasn't stopped in yet, this is an easy one to recommend.
