Higher Minds is the kind of smoke shop in Warren that people talk up to their friends, and once you visit you understand why. It's run by a husband-and-wife team who know their stuff, and locals will tell you the pair are about as friendly and down to earth as they come. Even if you never meet the husband, the wife tends to leave folks smiling, with more than one person saying they didn't want to leave.

The shelves cover a lot of ground. You'll find a fantastic selection of glass, from pipes to water pipes, along with smoking accessories and CBD and hemp products.
