Mr. Puff Tobacco & Vape

Ask anyone in Clifton Heights where to pick up their smoking supplies and Mr. Puff Tobacco & Vape comes up fast. The man behind the counter, T (better known as Mr. Puff himself), has built a real family business here, and it shows in how people talk about the place. Regulars will tell you it feels like home, and the special discounts he keeps for loyal folks are part of why they never shop anywhere else.

One longtime local put it plainly: they've never stopped being kind, even through the toughest stretches of the pandemic, when he was serving people right out the side window. The selection is well chosen rather than sprawling, and that seems to be the point. You'll find vapes, disposables, e-liquid and vape juice, nic salts, plus a good spread of glassware, water pipes, and tobacco pipes. Hookah smokers make the trip for his shisha, with a variety of flavors and companies to choose from, mint and peach among them. What keeps people loyal is the service.

T is patient, easygoing, and genuinely knows his products. We've heard about him letting a customer test-fit cartridges on a few different devices before buying, the kind of small courtesy you don't forget after getting burned on returns elsewhere. He'll walk a newcomer through the options without rushing, and answer every question. On pricing, one regular who buys machine tobacco and tubes checked his numbers afterward and found the shop competitive, sometimes cheaper. The drive-through window makes quick stops easy.

For a friendly, knowledgeable tobacco shop in Clifton Heights, Mr. Puff has earned its strong local reputation the honest way.
