Sam's Smoke Shop & Hookah

Ask anyone who shops here and they'll tell you Sam's Smoke Shop & Hookah has earned its spot as one of the best-regarded smoke shops in Colorado Springs. The word around town is that the variety alone is worth the trip. One regular joked they actually have to stop and think about what to buy because there's so much to choose from, and that's the kind of problem people here don't mind having. The selection runs deep.

You'll find vapes and disposable vapes, a glass collection that locals rave about, water pipes, hookah and shisha, rolling papers, and the tobacco wraps you came in for. People who shop here swear the prices come in a touch lower than the surrounding vape shops too, which keeps them coming back. There's also a rewards program worth asking about on your way out. What really gets people talking, though, is the staff.

Sam, the manager, is known for solid recommendations and good deals, and the rest of the crew clearly knows their stuff. Makayla gets singled out again and again for walking folks through the different vapes and coils until they land on the right one. Gage has a reputation for being knowledgeable and genuinely uplifting, Eli for being quick to help, and Alexia for always having an answer when you can't make up your mind. It's the kind of place where the team treats a first-timer the same as a regular.

Locals also appreciate how clean and well-kept the shop is, a nice change from the dusty corner spots. It sits in a shopping center with plenty of parking, and if you want to be sure something's in stock, people say a quick call ahead rarely comes up empty. If you're after a smoke shop in Colorado Springs with real variety and a staff that actually wants to help, Sam's is an easy one to recommend.
