Smoker Friendly

Smoker Friendly has earned a solid reputation among Colorado Springs tobacco shoppers, and once you've been in a few times it's easy to see why. The staff is the thing people mention first. Locals will tell you the folks behind the counter are friendly, genuinely helpful, and happy to give you an honest take when you're new to something, whether that's cigars, pipe tobacco, or rolling your own. For anyone just getting into the hobby, that willingness to steer you right counts for a lot.

The shelves here stay well stocked. You'll find cigars, tobacco pipes, rolling papers, and a nice run of roll-your-own tobacco, along with cigarettes by the carton, vapes and disposable vapes, glass pipes and water pipes, and the usual smoking accessories like lighters, ashtrays, and cigarette cases. They also keep a large assortment of incense on hand, which regulars appreciate. People who roll their own swear by the prices and selection, and more than a few describe themselves as regulars now after only a handful of visits.

One longtime shopper summed it up by saying the store has served the community for years with great prices and solid national and store-brand products. Now, folks are a little split on value. Plenty say they get the best prices in town on the things they buy most, while a few feel certain items run high. Our advice: know what you're after and ask the staff, since they're glad to point you toward what fits.

A couple of practical notes from the word around town. Check the posted hours before you drive across the city, since one visitor arrived a few minutes before close to a locked door. Bring your standard state-issued ID, as their system scans those rather than a passport. Beyond that, the air conditioning is cranking, the welcome is warm, and this is a dependable stop for your smoking needs in Colorado Springs.
