Speedys smoke shop #1

Speedys smoke shop #1 has built a loyal following in Colorado Springs, and the word around town is that it's the prices and the people that keep folks coming back. One regular told us they drive all the way up from Canon City just to stock up here, which says plenty about how this little shop is regarded. For a spot this size, people seem genuinely happy with what they find. The selection covers the essentials: vapes and disposable vapes, glass pipes and water pipes, and rolling papers.

One shopper came in hunting for something pretty specific, a hand-sized bubbler, and was surprised to find Speedys had exactly that, fancier than expected and easy on the wallet. That seems to be the pattern here. Locals will tell you the prices are some of the best in town, and more than one person has called the shop plain affordable. The staff is where this place really earns its reputation.

Ask anyone who shops here and you'll hear about how polite and patient the crew is. Donovan gets singled out by name as someone worth coming back for, and we've heard about newer team members who will come right out from behind the counter to help you track down what you need. One longtime regular said they stop in weekly just to see the familiar faces, and another put it simply: it's nice to be treated well, and the folks at Speedys do that. We'll be straight with you, locals are a little split on a couple of points, and the odd grumble surfaces here and there.

The overall picture is a friendly, fairly priced neighborhood smoke shop that people in Colorado Springs are glad to have. If you're after vapes, glass, or papers and want helpful service, Speedys smoke shop #1 is worth a stop.
