Hi Up Glass Pipes & Cigarettes

If you ask around Wheat Ridge about where to go for glass, Hi Up Glass Pipes & Cigarettes comes up again and again. It's a small operation, really just the owner and one other guy running the floor, and that's part of the charm. Regulars will tell you the owner is the kind of person who genuinely cares how your day is going, not just what you're buying. Ask for Derrick (some folks spell it Derik) and you'll get an honest opinion, a few good suggestions, and someone who actually knows the inventory inside and out.

The selection leans heavily toward glass, and people come in specifically for the pipes and water pipes. One regular picked out a birthday piece here and couldn't stop talking about how fun the whole experience was. Beyond the glass, you'll find vapes and vaporizers, disposable vapes, e-liquid and vape juice, plus a wide spread of smoking accessories and tobacco goods. The word around town is that the shelves get rotated often, with weekly sales keeping things fresh, so it's worth checking back even if you were just in last week.

Value is a big reason locals keep this place in rotation. People who shop here swear the prices are among the best around, and they've been known to track down special orders when you want something specific. One person mentioned the little disposable vapes that run around 800 puffs for next to nothing, which gives you a sense of the fair pricing throughout. With a strong local following and a steady stream of regulars, Hi Up has earned its reputation as one of the better-liked smoke shops in Wheat Ridge.

As one person put it, nice glass, even nicer staff. If you want a friendly, no-pressure spot where the people behind the counter actually remember you, this is an easy recommendation.
